    We already know you’ll be dressed to impress, so we’ve created the Grand Ballroom to match your style stride-for-stride. Pops of color greet your guests as they arrive in the pre-function area, which features a modern lounge with a perfect vibe for cocktails and mingling. Once inside the ballroom, we’ve gone for a classic palette to allow your event to take center stage.

    This is our brand spanking new outdoor baby. A tabula rasa for creating the event you’ve been dreaming about. With a wide variety of spaces to design and explore, The Backyard offers endless possibilities, from a casual daytime barbeque to an extraordinary affair. Our expansive lawn is your event-planning oyster.

    Relaxed and effortless are the vibes we’re throwing down in our climate-controlled, completely enclosed outdoor Pavilion, featuring 6,000 square feet of tented possibilities. Bling out the ceilings, light up the perimeter or opt for a clean and classic. Whatever your needs, we’ve got you and your guests covered, literally.

    Hotel Irvine’s identical twins love to be kept together, but promise not to get their feelings hurt if you must choose just one. Trabuco and Saddleback are two adjacent event spaces measuring 1,170 square feet each and offering floor-to-ceiling windows with views of a lushly landscaped terrace area. The rooms can also be divided into three more intimate sections. Ideal for small to mid-sized events.

    • Conveniently located across from the Grand Ballroom, perfect for VIP affairs
    • Divide and conquer – Break the room down to three smaller sizes for staging areas or vendor rooms
